So this weekend sees a clash between two unbeaten fighters. Probably two of the best current pound for pound fighters in the world. Old blood against new but who will be victorious? Will the torch finally be passed from mayweather to the new breed?
Floyd "Money" Mayweather goes into this fight as the clear favourite simply due to his record and the calibre of opponents he has beaten. I do however always look at his record and think he beat them at the perfect time in his career and not theirs.

Sean Canelo Alvarez seems to buck the trend of Mayweather taking the fighters when they have already peaked. Canelo is strong with a great boxing mind but can he maintain that concentration with the elusive and punishing maywether on Saturday night? I believe he can and i'm actually gonna stick my neck out and say Canelo will stop Mayweather in controversial fashion prompting an instant rematch or retirement from Mayweather.
Mayweather will break all previous records with the amount he will be paid and that I think shows just how much this fight is worth to the fans. I am surprised an agreement has been made but am happy to watch two of the greatest current boxers slug it out.
One thing is for sure.... we will be able to asses if ginger people actually have souls.
